I offer personalised coaching to runners across two different levels of service. Depending on your level of experience and requirements from a coach depends on which service suits you best. My aim is to ensure I am helping you get the most out of your running within reason given other variables in your life (time, money, other hobbies etc) so if that criteria is ever not being met then you should stop and change things.
Basic Programming:
- Program to follow every 2 weeks delivered via FinalSurge training app
- Able to be adapted to any group training or social runs along with schedule changes throughout the 2 weeks
- Communication via email, text and within FinalSurge as required.
- Best suited to those runners who like a program for accountability and are training for general health reasons and/or events ranging from 5k up to a half marathon.

- Once a month phone call to chat more in depth about training, race scheduling and injury concerns in addition to an optional phone call pre and post races.
- Best suited to runners of all ability who want more interaction and feedback with their running especially when starting out or building to a particular goal race. Anyone aiming for a half marathon for the first time, a marathon, any distance trail race or seeking serious performance improvements this is the best service for you.
